Ubuntu 10.04 installation

zoo-patmos was successfully upgraded to run as a dual boot (Ubuntu 9.10/Ubuntu 10.04) system. Minor problems were encountered around grub2, but backing off to the legacy version of grub fixed this and the system is running smoothly.

Problem creating VMX file
- Cut-down, minimal virtual machine building appears now to work (after uninstalling and reinstalling all the packages related to
vmbuilder, thanks to a tip from Mark Harrison!) but this is not much use to us.

--copy may be the problem. This would be a nuisance but not necessarily fatal.
- (A tentative hypothesis is that the ordering of vmbuilder options has become critical: in particular that no other options may appear after any --add-package option.)
