Sprint 9 review meeting

This is an unusual review, as DG has just tendered her resignation with immediate effect. The main goal of this note is to summarize progress made since Sprint 9 plan was mapped out.

Agenda
This review is not taking the normal form. Progress over the pas 2 weeks has been fairly good, but has culminated in an unanticipated staff resignation with immediate effect. The goal here is to simply review progress and provide a baseline for planning the next sprint

Project management
- Had a very fruitful partner meeting.
- Had meeting with RDFDatabank developmer to discuss changes to the Databank API, and next development steps
- Held a meeting with EICDSR/SUDAMIH project to discuss common elements in use of RDFDatabank. No conclusive outcome.
Articulate initial test user requirements
- Arrange 1:1 meetings with Animal Behaviour group (0.25+0.25P - GK:0.5, DG:0.25) - Not achieved.
- Meet with Development group to agree security policy for ADMIRAL deployment - Not achieved.
RDFDatabank repository testing
- updated test cases to work with revised API
- completed initial set of test cases (submission and update)
The key remaining thing to test is merging of metadata in the submitted dataset with the generated manifest data.
Shuffl save data as RDF
The first JRON-to-RDF test case now passes, using an implementation based on rdfquery

Priorities going forwards:
- RDFDatabank test cases for metatada merging (GK)
- Progress deployment of ADMIRAL data store with other research groups (DS/GK)
- Progress RDF/XML serialization for Shuffl data (to allow user annotations to be included in databank submissions) (GK)
- User interface for configuring users in ADMIRAL data store (GK)
